General return guidelines

Please note that items returned after this 60-day period are not eligible for refunds. Products must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts. If an item has been installed or is visibly used, it may be ineligible for return. If approved as an open-box return, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation number, receipt, or invoice.
